  • Tortilla - 125g
  • Eidam 20% - 80g
  • Mozzarella light - 70g
  • Pork ham - 40g
  • Tomatoes cut in their own juice - 100g
  • Cherry tomatoes - 50g
  • Basil - to taste

Preheat the oven to 250 degrees. Meanwhile, blend the tomatoes cut in their own juice, add spices (pizza seasoning is good) or according to your taste. Prepare two larger tortillas on a pizza maker, sprinkle the first one with Edam 20% and cover with the second tortilla. Then spread the blended tomatoes evenly and garnish with mozzarella, ham and thinly sliced cherry tomatoes. Bake in the oven for 5-7 minutes, or as needed, some ovens bake better, so you need to keep an eye on the pizza. Once it's done, take it out of the oven and you're done!
