Fitness Cheesecake

Protein: 23g

Carbohydrates: 13g

Fats: 7g12 servings

  • Oatmeal - 100g
  • Peanut butter - 70g
  • Low-fat cottage cheese - 750g
  • Protein - 100g
  • Egg M - 2pcs
  • Strawberries - 500g
  • Butter - 5g

The indicated amount corresponds to 12 servings, otherwise you can cut as you like. I preheat the oven to 140 degrees, in the meantime I take a cake mold (diameter 22 cm, if you take a larger one, add more oatmeals) and put baking paper inside. I grease the mold on the sides with butter. I blend the oatmeal in a blender, then pour it into a bowl and add the peanut butter and mix thoroughly. Then I pour it into the mold and spread it evenly. In another bowl, I put the cottage cheese, egg, protein and beat thoroughly. Then I add to the bowl washed into sliced strawberries (the size of the pieces does not matter much). I add the mixture to the mold, spread it evenly and bake for about 45 minutes. Then I take it out, let it cool and it's done! Final tip: a great option is to use blueberries instead of strawberries.
