  • Boneless chicken breast - 130g
  • Burger bun - 77g
  • Sweet chilli sauce - 20g
  • Garlic - 3g
  • Ginger - 3g
  • Mayonnaise light - 20g
  • Chilli seasoning - 3g
  • Spring onions - 10g
  • Cumin, masala, allspice – meat - at your discretion

Multiply the amount of food by the number of servings. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, in the meantime cut the chicken into halves and season. Place in the oven and let it bake for about 40 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the sauces. Mix the sweet and sour sauce with finely chopped ginger and garlic. Mix mayonnaise with chilli spices or chilli sauce. Add thinly sliced spring onion to the finished meat and mix. You can bake the bun without oil in a pan, but even without it, it's top! Then serve and we're done.
