  • Oatmeal - 280g
  • Eggs M - 110g
  • Milk semi-skimmed 1.5% fat - 480g
  • Rapeseed oil - 8g
  • Strawberries - 160g
  • Blueberries - 120g
  • Raspberries - 120g
  • Blackberries - 120g

Put the oatmeal with protein in a blender and blend. Then add the eggs, milk, half a tub of cottage cheese and mix again. If necessary, dilute the mixture with water, but it must not be too liquid or the pancakes will fall apart. Heat a low frying pan over low heat, grease the pan with a thin layer of oil. Make the first pancake smaller to try the dough. Reduce the heat to a little so that the pancakes do not burn and do on the other side. Time is of the essence! Don't rush too much to turn the fritters. Put pancakes on a plate, garnish with the rest of the cottage cheese and add the fruit. And it's done!
