Pork souvlaki with tzatziki

  • Pork tenderloin - 170g
  • Rapeseed oil - 4g
  • Olive oil - 4g
  • Greek yogurt - 100g
  • Cucumber - 90g
  • Lemon juice - 12-15g
  • Garlic - half a clove
  • Dill - half a hand
  • Pita bread - 110g

Cut the meat into cubes of the same size, season to taste, I prefer a mixture of herbs, salt and pepper. Put it in the fridge for a while. Meanwhile, prepare the tzatziki. Grate the cucumber on a grater, transfer to a clean cloth, wrap, squeeze out excess water and transfer to a bowl. Add Greek yogurt, lemon juice (squeeze 1/2 lemon = half will be enough for 4 servings). Add the garlic, salt, a little pepper and olive oil. Stir and refrigerate. Take the meat out of the fridge about 15 minutes before browning it and put it on skewers. Fry with rapeseed oil for 4-6 minutes over medium heat, but it depends on the thickness of the sliced meat. This is done and we can serve with pita bread. Enjoy your meal!
