Homemade protein bars

Protein: 25g

Carbohydrates: 17,8g

Fats: 5,4g12 servings

  • Oat or corn flakes - 200g
  • Protein Gym Beam Pure IsoWhey - 300g
  • Chocolate 70-85% - 60g
  • Goji - 60g
  • Hot water - 150ml

Put the oats 200g into a blender and blend finely. Add 200g of protein and mix again to create the base of the dough. Pour into a large bowl, add any changeable ingredient (60g or according to individual JL) and add chocolate (60g or according to individual JL). Then pour about 150ml of hot water and use a wooden spoon to combine everything together until a dough is formed. Put the dough on baking paper and roll it out into a rectangle. Put in the freezer for about 30 minutes. After the time has elapsed, take it out and cut it into 12 pieces. Then wrap in baking paper and aluminum foil. Wrap the bars well and preferably store them in the fridge. I also recommend trying it with these foods. With chocolate/strawberry protein and Goji. With vanilla/chocolate protein and pistachios. With vanilla/strawberry protein and freeze-dried blueberries. Or with chocolate/strawberry protein and dried fruit.
